An inclusive development programme for 16–25 year olds, designed to support emerging  young talent as they take their next steps into the creative industry. Participants will get the chance to develop skills and experience in performance, production, event management, creative media with bespoke  mentoring and skills workshops. By providing a safe and supportive space, the programme helps young people build confidence, develop their craft, and access real career opportunities within music and the wider creative industries
